重點：anytime there is either an inadvertent whistle and/or a horn when the ball is
in the air, there’s no possession and we go center circle, jump ball.

如果球在空中時響哨/鳴笛，判斷無球權歸屬並至中場跳球。

之後判決報告書翻案，
game clock was inadvertently started by the referee crew and that time
expired before the ball was touched. The clock is correctly reset to 0:00.6.
However, since the pass was still in the air when the
clock expired, the ball was still in ORL’s possession and thus ORL should
have retained possession on the sideline at the nearest
spot.
裁判在球被碰到前啟動了計時器，雖然計時器回到0.6秒是正確的，但由於秒數歸零前
球還在空中，故魔術依舊持有球權歸屬，應判為魔術球權，界外發球。

(後面有寫如果湖人有在歸零前碰到球的話會判定為無球權、中場跳球)
(所以其實重點是傳球行徑中是薛丁格的球權)
