我想問的是，是誰教導你心態的重要性，而你又是如何處理這問題的？
You are 26 years old, and, you know I’ve covered plenty of players who didn’t
seem like they figure the ego part out until their 30s.
I mean, who taught you about why that’s important, and to handle it that way?

“Oh, we won this and that”
Usually the next day, you’re going to suck.
Right, you know
Simple as that. Like the next few days, you’re going to be terrible.

And I figured out. Like a mindset to have that.
When you focus on the past, that’s you ego.
“I did this “ you know
“We were able to beat this team 4-0.”
“I did this in the past.”
“I won that in the past.”

而當你只顧著往遠處看，那是自大
「下一場比賽，G5，我要做到這個我要做到那個。」
「我會主宰賽場。」
是你的自大讓你說出這些話，因為那些都還沒發生，因為你還在這裡啊。
And when I focus on the future, it’s my pride.
“Yeah, next game, game5, I do this and this and this.”
You know
“I’m going to dominate.”
That’s you pride talking. Like it doesn’t happen.
Like you’re right here.


所以，我試著專注在這個時刻，專注在當下
保持謙虛的態度
那不是說我對比賽沒有預期
而是專注在賽場，享受比賽，盡力打出高水準的競賽
And, I try to focus in the, you know, in the moment, in the present.
And that’s humility. That’s being humble.
That’s not setting no expectations.
That’s going out there, an enjoying the game.
Competing in a high level.


我的人生中有許多人幫助我了解這點
但這是一項技能我會想一直…
