切爾西新任主教練孔蒂透露，由於當年曾經被牽涉進一場假球官司，他險些提前
結束自己的執教生涯。


2011年，意大利相關調查機構曾經明確表示，在執教於意大利球隊錫耶納期間，
孔蒂明知該隊有兩場比賽被操縱，但他並未向意大利足協、警方報告，這名前尤文圖
斯防守型中場一度遭到了司法機構的調查和起訴。不過在今年5月，這場歷時長達5年
之久的調查終於結束，意大利方面也恢復了孔蒂的清白。


在接受英國《每日電訊報》記者採訪時，孔蒂說道：“這段歷史對我來說實在是
太糟糕了，我根本不承認自己做過那樣的事情。為了給自己洗脫罪名，我做出了很多
努力，也承擔了很多的風險。”


“實際上，當時我完全可以選擇一條對於自己來說更為簡單的道路，那也是解決
問題的最簡便途徑，如果我那樣做的話，一切都能很快煙消雲散，不是嗎？”


“在意大利，如果你在過去5年中身陷這種醜聞當中的話，那麼你就完蛋了。不
過我絕不會輕易妥協，我必須得到正確的對待和評判。對我以及我的家人來說，這段
歷史完全就是一個噩夢，我們完全無法接受它。當時我的處境非常艱難，因為有很多
人在不明真相的情況下，便胡亂發表他們各自的看法。”


“My players know me from Italy, all the people, all the managers. All the
people know who Antonio Conte is. In this situation I want always to win,
I work very hard to win.”


You already get the sense that Conte could not be more motivated as he
bids to restore Chelsea's reputation, following a dismal defence of their
Premier League title.


He gave himself only a week off after Italy's Euro 2016 campaign and has
thrown himself into his new job, putting his new squad through relentless
double sessions during their tour of the United States. When he spoke
here, at UCLA campus in Los Angeles, his voice resembled a croak after all
the instructions he had been hammering into his players.


Conte undoubtedly means business and any players not in tune with his
philosophy will be ruthlessly tossed aside. Diego Costa already appears on
thin ice.


Finishing in the top four is clearly the minimum target and alongside the
likes of Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, Conte is certain
to be compelling viewing this season. Fourth officials be warned.


“I find the peace in myself after the game when I win,” he said. “For
this reason I want to work very hard and find different solutions and to
give options to my players. Only when I win am I relaxed.


“It's important when you lose because you learn. You try to see why you
didn't win. You learn a lot in yourself but to win is beautiful. We know
that when you have a season when you finish in tenth place it is not good
for all. It means there are problems.


“Now it is not important to say 'ok we are ready to fight, we can come
back very soon and win the title' - these are just words. It's important
now to do facts, all together, because it is now not a good period for us.”


此前，切爾西隊曾經在倫敦科本訓練基地進行備戰訓練，當時孔蒂每天都會制訂
出嚴謹的訓練計劃，以便幫助球隊在賽季開始之前盡快找到最佳競技狀態。


孔蒂補充說道：“我傾向於與全體球員一起吃早餐，隨後我們便開始上午的訓練
課。下午是球員們自己的休息時間，他們可以自由活動，而我和我的教練組成員，則
要繼續研究熱身賽對手，或者制訂出球隊下一步的訓練安排。要想進一步提高訓練的
效果，要想制訂出更加科學、合理的訓練安排，在每堂訓練課之後我們都要進行錄像
分析，這對我來說非常重要。”


“我之所以會認為錄像分析非常重要，是因為通過這一方式，我能夠發現訓練中
理想的方面，也能發現需要改進的環節；同時我還能夠告訴球員們，他們該如何進一
步提高。實際上，我這麼做的目的，絕對不是為了尋找批評球員的理由和藉口，我只
是為了讓訓練變得更加有效果。”


“我擁有很長的職業球員經歷，以我的經驗來看，這是一種非常有效的辦法。在
很多時候，20至30分鐘的訓練錄像，甚至能夠起到比3、4甚至是5堂訓練課更大的積
極效果。”


要想率領切爾西重返巔峰，孔蒂必須將自己的理念和意圖清晰的傳達給自己麾下
的每一名球員，這就要求他具備流利的英語表達能力。目前，孔蒂迫切渴望自己能夠
盡快掌握英語這門全新的語言。


孔蒂說道：“我必須盡快提高自己的英語水平。當我們回到倫敦的時候，我會在
第一時間開始自己的口語課程。在我看來，一名教練員必須要能夠充分表達出自己的
想法，他也必須向球員解釋自己的足球理念，這些無疑都非常重要。”
