最近去雙和救國團上皮拉提斯..
上皮拉提斯覺得好悶 一個半小時都是做墊上運動(跟DM上說的瑜珈+有氧不一樣說)
有一個動作是躺著然後頭 頸 肩膀要抬起,做這動作時脖子很不舒服..
一般不是都說從床上起來時要先側躺再用手輔助撐起來,不能直接從躺著的姿勢起來嗎
這個動作會不會對頸子有什麼傷害呀?
