如果手臂一用就沒力怎麼辦 - 壘球

如題
我是前幾天才剛練壘球的新手
臂力和砲啊不算差
但是在第一天操下一輪後
整隻手臂就軟綿綿的沒有力
舉不過肩膀
休息幾個小時就會恢復
但是投沒幾球又會虛掉
這幾天是幾乎天天都在練
KGball一下就沒力了
請問一下這種情況是很正常 在繼續練下去就好
還是要休息個幾天
