大家好!
小弟我自潛 水肺都有在練習
最近對於 自潛感覺遇到天花板
大概10米的位置只能停留1分鐘左右
(下潛到停留 到上升)
往往都有1分半但是現在
不知道是哪裡有障礙還是什麼的 都無法
讓心律降下來 增加時間 好像失憶症...
可以問大家平時有做甚麼 運動 或是訓練讓心肺功能比較好進步的方法?
