如題,我知道很多人都是在練習的時候很厲害
比賽的時候就打不出程度,雖然說練習時的實力是最佳狀態,比賽才是正常的狀態,
但是還是有一些人可以把比賽調整的跟練習一樣,請問一下要如何克服比賽烙賽的情況
