Celebrities are taking to stand up paddle surfing by the numbers, and with good reason. It's brilliant exercise - if done right you can burn the same amount of calories in one session as that of a weight lifter, all while having fun at the same time too.
原因是：這是依個十分好的運動，如果方法正確的話，一堂ｓｕｐ的課可以跟一堂舉重的課燃燒掉一樣的卡路里，而且還能擁有許多樂趣。

Pierce Brosnan, Jennifer Garner, Matthew McConaughey, Jennifer Aniston, Denise Richards, Matt Damon, Cindy Crawford, Giada de Laurentiis and Kate Hudson are just a few of the celebrity SUPers, and the list keeps on growing.
