補充一下 我想 慢練快打 盤架慢 用時快
才是招式的真正精神吧
早期是沒有所謂複雜的套路的 宋代才開始有套路表演
而且都是女性表演居多
招式合為套路 大多都是基於"保存技術"與"練習目的"兩者需求而產生
真正實際應用時 最簡單純樸的動作 反而才是最好用的技術
空手有"正拳三年"的說法 真正能將簡單的動作練習到具有強大的殺傷力
這才令人不寒而慄吧
我每每看到 Ricardo Lopez 的技術 就覺得令人無法想像他的練習量...
