丹田能夠360度旋轉的人我只真實的看過(觸摸過)一位,
那就是梅花門的蔡增賞教練,他花了非常長的時間每天練才辦到。
至於胯要開,講到丹田真的扯太遠,爬都還不會就想飛。
下勢的下盤動作是基本步法中的仆步,
這個基本步法要做好其實不太容易,就連選手也會忽略這個動作,
這個步法要做得好的前提就是筋要開,而且仆步本身就是練拉筋的動作,
想要開胯毫無疑問的就是要先練拉筋,練仆步,這就是基本功。
老是講一堆玄話沒有用,說穿了就是把拉筋仆步練好,然後再來談
纏絲丹田之類的。
另外關於胯部的練法有蠻多的,教門的十路彈腿、紅拳的十大盤功等等,
可以參考各門派的基本功練法。
