各位前輩有僭了
小弟長跑已近十年
覺得這段時間以來
筋"硬"了不少
日前開始學習太極廿四式
練到分腿時
只能勉強平舉
有時還會重心不穩
不敢舉太高;
跑步前後雖會拉筋
但多著重在前進的肌肉及肌腱群
請問若要分腿再往上
要練什麼動作呢?
先抱拳謝過了!
