畢業後好一段時間沒游泳了
最近又開始游泳時,
發現自由式和蛙式還會游,
一次都還可以各游個一仟
但是
仰式和蝶式卻不行了
仰式是在大腿部位很容易酸
蝶式應該是上半身肌耐力明顯不足
如果想跟以前一樣
是該先練重量訓練還是直接泳訓呢?
