因為自己有脊椎側彎,還有駝背腰痛的問題
所以想找一間小班制的瑜珈教室來練看看
但是不知道有沒有瑜珈教室
專門針對脊椎問題做調教的
希望還可以兼具交朋友功能
不然每天工程師面對老闆上班壓力大,想說下班
完完全全可以紓壓,又可以矯正的瑜珈教室
到完全可以自己練,大概需要多久!
