請問一下各位前輩
對於各外野手與內野手傳球方式,實際上是不同的(不知道有沒有錯)
外野手據說用肩與背的力量會比內野手大
小弟守外野,但是傳球球速很慢
每次練完球前肩有一條深層的筋都會痠痛,甚至會痛
有人說我背肌沒有外擴、後夾(有點像健美的動作),沒有用到背肌的力量
請問外野手傳球時背肌要有夾起來的動作嗎?肩膀力量該如何加強呢?
不知道板上各位前輩有何建議,謝謝
