週五下午的科本記者會上，圖赫爾宣佈了兩位球員受傷的消息。魯迪格的缺陣尤
其是個巨大的打擊，就像圖赫爾在輸給阿森納之後說的那樣，他希望能在第三場倫敦
德比中派上魯迪格。


“他們倆都不能參加週日的比賽，但沒有其他新受傷的球員。”圖赫爾說。

Tuchel: Let's not get superstitious over our home form

Thomas Tuchel has challenged his Chelsea players to turnaround the
inconsistency of our home form, but admits it is difficult to pinpoint an
exact reason as to why we have lost our last three at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues twice fought back against Arsenal in midweek, but collective
failings and individual errors condemned us to a third straight home
defeat for the first time since 1993.


However, history is on our side as West Ham make the trip from east to
west London on Sunday. Chelsea have avoided defeat in 14 of the last 15
tussles between the pair at the Bridge, but the boss warns we must cut
costly errors out of our game if we are to continue our streak against the
Hammers.


'The match (against Arsenal), even if the result is pretty similar - for
me it did not have the same similarities like the match against Real
Madrid and Brentford at home, in terms of we were not disciplined enough
with the ball or we were dragged out of shape,' Tuchel says.

'It's obvious that we are behind, it's very unusual for me over the last
years, not only here. I don't know what it is. If we had a solution, we
would switch dressing rooms or take another hotel,' Tuchel joked. 'Though
this would be more superstition than anything else. I have no solution,
but it's not the level we want to produce in home games,'


'It's a bit fragile at the moment. It was against Brentford and Real
Madrid. It was better in the next three games. We had a good start to the
match [against Arsenal], I was very happy with the energy and quality.

The Blues boast a strong home record against Sunday's visitors


'Sometimes, it is a bit like “oh not again” and once you get this
feeling, it is hard to get rid of it again. Sometimes it is not even a
problem, tactically or the shape, but instead it is due to pure quality
from the opponent which you have to accept.


'It is hard to separate this from mistakes, whether it was not enough or
was it simply very difficult to defend these chances. It can happen that
the feeling creeps in that you don't want to have in a home game. You want
to feel you are capable of coming back.'


Though Tuchel has told his players to maintain belief we can take maximum
points from our remaining four matches in front of the Stamford Bridge
faithful this season.


'It is now a job of convincing the players to keep on going, and the
supporters to keep pushing and hang in there. We have a lot to build and
rely on. Don't get superstitious now. Don't believe in things that aren't
there. It is another challenge on top.'
