我們在訓練基地的結束訓練後不久，主教練圖赫爾在科本通過視訊連線進行了賽
前新聞發布會。週一圖赫爾給球員放了假，“讓我們的頭腦清醒一下”，他說今天回
來的一些球員不太可能為我們的足總盃第五輪比賽做好準備。


“決賽前的情況非常好，我們只有奇爾維爾缺席，但隨後情況發生了戲劇性的變
化。”在談到球隊的健康狀況時，圖赫爾說，“我們有很多球員身體負擔過重，比賽
中也有一些人受傷。”

醫和醫生仍在和球員們一起工作。我們可以在明天早上做出最後的決定，當我們離開

詹姆士在休戰兩個月後復出，但他上場的時間比圖赫爾所希望的要長，而齊耶奇
則完全錯過了決賽，並將在對陣盧頓的比賽中繼續缺席。


“他當時狀態很好，但現在肩上的擔子太重了，”切爾西主教練這樣說詹姆士，
“我們的建議是在比賽中上場20分鐘，而在決賽中他最終超過了70分鐘。”

“齊耶奇不能參加明天的比賽，很不走運，他也沒有參加聯賽盃決賽，”圖和爾
繼續談到齊耶奇，“他仍然感覺不舒服，今天沒有參加球隊訓練，他是明天將缺席比

主教練也被問及芒特在決賽中錯失了一些最佳機會後的心態，他堅稱英格蘭國腳

人最不想錯過這個機會，這個人就是芒特。可以確信這一點，但這種情況可能發生，

Thomas Tuchel is only looking forwards after Sunday's cruel Carabao Cup
final defeat and believes the strong performance from his side will
ensure the players don't dwell on the disappointment for too long.

The German spoke post-match of his immense pride of the team's performance
at Wembley and the boss now wants his players to move swiftly on to the
next challenge, with a win against Luton Town in the FA Cup only
increasing our chances of a return to the national stadium in May.


'Lifting the team after Sunday should not be too hard. Everybody knows we
played a strong match, we played to our identity, with full commitment and
a lot of quality.

'You can never control the result, a winner has to be found, after 22
penalties, that tells the story more or less.'


Tuchel confirmed that Chelsea players were given Monday off to rest and
recover, but the squad have been back at Cobham this morning to prepare
for the trip to Kenilworth Road tomorrow.


'We gave a day off to clear our minds. It was not only a disappointment,
but it was physically draining and also physically demanding for us.

'This leaves us with a one-day turnaround, but this is what it is all
about. It's the next competition and the next round. This is life at
Chelsea,' the Bavarian said as he spoke to the media this afternoon.


After tomorrow's FA Cup fifth round match the Blues will have competed in
five different competitions in as many games, after Club World Cup,
Premier League, Champions League and Carabao Cup commitments.


'We want to be competitive in different competitions, so we have to be
ready tomorrow. It is not always easy. This is what we demand and of
course everybody around the team and last but not least, the players.'
