週三去衝浪
趴板找浪點時要趴板手划水前進
背肌太弱 果然隔天就酸痛
週四到水餃主戰場中正游
湯餃多到去旁邊打蝶腰
感覺差不多下一次手可以出水試試了
接著要瞄準於雙腳內收/扣加強打水力道
還有入水後貼近水面下的目標努力
哪知道今天起來上臂與上胸連結的地方超痛
明明也沒游自由式的說..
結果這種狀況今天要不要游都很猶豫了說
嗚!
