本人跑步多年,會外翻應該是受過撞擊或跑中急煞導致。國術館跟西醫,及翻書,都表示
要加強膝蓋周圍的肌力訓練及髂脛束的放鬆。(我上過師資班,但是沒教學。平常會自己
做)
書上提到三角式、輪式、站立前彎、坐姿單跪前彎伸展四種。感覺不錯,鍛鍊股四頭。
我自己想到一個動作,不知道是否適合,能否請教版上大師們。就是類橋式,放磚最高面
在腰椎跟薦椎間,然後兩腳向前伸直,大腿內璇,腳刀內緣貼地。想利用大腿肌肉內璇牽
引的力道,讓髕骨慢慢喬回正常軌道,這樣對嗎?
