其實一直很好奇所謂的對抗性到底是什麼?該怎麼評估
因為看過很多瘦的肌肉不明顯的人在籃球場上反而對抗性很強
本人算是有在重訓但有在野場碰過那種看起來很瘦的球隊球員明明不是把我晃開但是跟他
們在卡位或是切入就是會被頂飛
根據我的認知對抗性要好不就是來自於肌肉嗎?
像是中華隊的劉錚跟周儀翔不懂球的人一眼看上去一定會覺得周的對抗性大於劉
但是上了國際賽場反而是劉錚的對抗性要好上周許多
還有拿nba球員當例子
像是可愛、LBJ這種一眼就可以看出對抗性強的就不用講了
像是KD、魯長老這種看起來很瘦的球員到底是怎麼看起來瘦的狀態下維持良好的對抗性
有專業的鄉民可以稍微解釋一下到底所謂的對抗性來自哪方面嗎?

發力好,瞬間發力快,所以動量還是很大,這是最直
觀的想法。如果深入來看,在防守意識方面,你防守
的時候重心有沒有壓低?核心有沒有收緊? 而在運動
體能方面,我覺得牽涉到跟身體活動度、發力的動力
鏈以及運動專項有關,舉個例子,館長定丟棒球球速
一定職業投手快,但你不會說館長力量比他小吧?相
信你有在重訓應該知道我在說什麼。所以對抗性好壞
不單單只是取決於肌肉量多少。
