台日職棒樂天隊要交流 各送1位教練開始
中央疫情指揮中心同意開放中職各隊外籍教練及洋將入境，樂天桃猿這波雖沒有洋將，但準備提出日籍教練來台申請，主要是總公司希望台日兩支職棒隊能做交流，先從教練開始。
原本桃猿就有計劃要送1名教練赴日，但受疫情影響暫緩，而姊妹隊日職樂天金鷲也準備派1名教練來台，桃猿球團已準備提出入境申請，今年這位教練將會來台，為明年做準備；至於洋將，領隊浦韋青表示，目前暫無新洋將，就以現有4人輪替。
桃猿自2016年到2020年都跟日職羅德打交流戰，總教練曾豪駒表示，目前還沒有是不是會繼續交流的訊息，主要也是受到疫情影響，不過他們一直都有跟日職球隊交流的計劃，希望能持續跟羅德及樂天打交流戰，等疫情趨緩後再說。(羅惠齡／桃園報導)
