新手入門想練球的話，建議買顆 二手的 POLY
所有材質 比較起來 POLY (波利) 是最便宜、最省錢的。
加上只有10~11磅多，價格會更便宜。
這樣算起來 一顆球大概500就有了 加上鑽孔費 約1000$ 就有了
之後動作都穩定了，再來考慮練其他球路吧~~
直球分數練到後來，很容易卡瓶頸。平均大概 170~180 就上不大去了。
練到後來，通常都會轉練其他球種。
直球真的很重要，所有的基本姿勢、動作都是從直球慢慢練習起的。
直球一開始就練好，後來轉練其他球種會輕鬆的多~~
