我現在早餐都吃三顆茶葉蛋+低脂鮮奶因為趕火車所以都買7-117-11還有什麼是減肥時可以拿來當早餐吃的呢??中餐因為上學帶便當,但是我在想飯半碗,然後菜多挾一些,肉挾拳頭的半個還是說肉可以用魚肉代替??(我女的拳頭應該比男生小吧)一口水吃ㄧ口飯,降有幫助嗎?還是食量要再少一點?晚餐因為是媽媽煮,
