厄齊爾做愛心 奪冠獎金全捐給巴西病童

德國在睽違24年後再度奪下世足冠軍後，球員們除了享受榮耀外仍不忘做愛心，
德國中場大將厄齊爾（Mesut Ozil）就做出一個令人感動的決定，他將35萬英鎊
（約台幣1千826萬元）的奪冠獎金，全數資助23名急需做手術的巴西病童。
在奪得隊史第4座冠軍盃後，每位球員都獲得高額的獎金，
而德國的主力球員厄齊爾未將這筆獎金花於私用，反而全數捐給了巴西當地的一家醫院，
用來幫助急需動手術的病童。
厄齊爾在臉書寫到：「本來我要提供給11位小朋友做手術的費用，
但現在有所變化，獲得世界杯冠軍不僅是11個球員的功勞，而是全體23人的貢獻，
所以我要資助23位兒童。這也是以我個人名義感謝巴西這一個月對我們的款待。」
