前切爾西隊長加里˙卡希爾已轉會到了水晶宮，並與水晶宮簽下了兩年的合同。
卡希爾透露，此前在水晶宮租借效力的切爾西中場洛夫圖斯奇克對水晶宮讚許有加，
推動了這次轉會。


卡希爾說：“洛夫圖斯奇克確實參與了我的簽約，他很喜歡水晶宮，我覺得我的
加盟大家都能得利。”


“魯本是一個特殊的球員，他的前途非常光明，我認為他在水晶宮踢球時的表現
非常出色，水晶宮也給了他機會。他對水晶宮的評價非常好，他表示不僅為俱樂部、
為球迷們在踢，也包括在訓練場的所有幕後工作者，以及俱樂部周圍的所有人。”


Loftus-Cheek was not the only individual to play a part in the deal.
Cahill, who made 61 appearances for England and captained his country
under manager Roy Hodgson, and is keen to work with the Palace boss once
more.


"I worked with Roy and liked it very much, along with Ray [Lewington] as
well," Cahill told Palace TV. "They're fantastic football people and I
enjoyed my time with them and that was another thing that factored into
the decision [of joining the Eagles] and to work with those two guys again
is exciting."
