那吃飯睡覺呢?是不是也會?
不然你練投個72小時,不要吃飯睡覺
我每天練個一小時,三天後來pk外線如何?
你以為空手切或是跑位就不會有任何身體碰撞嗎?
你以為跳投時你在空中維持身體平衡不需用到任何核心肌群嗎?
你以為只要練投就可以擁有跑位所需的肌耐力及爆發力嗎?
任何肌肉群(包括練投籃用的肌肉群)經過一定強度訓練後(練投、重訓)
通常在24小時內不要再重複訓練會比較好
所以你說其他訓練壓縮到練投時間基本是天方夜譚
任何運動,一個優秀的選手平日訓練課程絕對是複雜而精準
甚至是飲食及睡眠都有嚴格控管,看看那在役時精美的喬丹
有興趣可以去找google他在役時的飲食控管和訓練菜單
只想靠單一個訓練獲得豐碩的成果
應該是熱血漫畫看多了,
被"已經沒有時間了,我要不眠不休的練xx" 這種鳥話給衝昏頭了...
這種土法煉鋼的訓練方式早就不適合現今的運動科學了
另外這位版友所貼的報告主要內容
是說高強度的重訓後是否會影響投籃準度
如果是重訓後進行測試當然會影響呀
而且它的量測方式並非在比賽中進行數據蒐集
無法把重訓對比賽強度的對抗給表現出來
另外重訓的方式很多結果也有所差異
高強度的是破壞肌肉先後重建後用以增加最大肌耐力
若是較低強度的則是可以維持肌耐力
但是若完全不重訓,只會使肌肉喪失它的最高強度
只靠投籃訓練出來的肌肉群,
絕對無法再高強度比賽中建立穩定高水準的投籃精確度
