Efficiency Rating，似乎跟美國這裡常用的 Efficiency Ratio 類似，
將其他攻守統計數據依權重組合，不過詳細怎麼算就要請教其他有研究
的同好了。:)

如果是 Efficiency Ratio 的話，最常用的一種組合(A/B)如下:

A：[points+rebounds+2*(assists)+2*(charges taken,steals,blocks)]
B：[2*missed shots+missed FT's+2*(turnovers)+2*fouls]
