各位大大好
想請問大家
如果打飛碟球打了三四個月壞習慣已經定型
像是翻手翻過頭或者是肩膀垂
是要繼續練下去呢?還是從頭再來?
因為最近跟球隊練球練的有點灰心
也是曾經有過開竅的感覺打了226
但是自從那局以後就一落千丈感覺完全找不回來
如果有需要看影片糾正我可以找地方放我打球的動作
麻煩各位大大解決我的困難吧
