The Warriors used a commanding display of sharp-shooting and bench depth to
propel them past the Sacramento Kings in a 121-96 road win on Tuesday night.
The Dubs recovered quickly from a 20-10 Kings run in the first quarter by
scoring 23 unanswered points,gaining the lead they would never relinquish.

Before gaining their momentum, the Warriors struggled early in the first
quarter as Sacramento opened on a 7-0 run. The Dubs found themselves trailing
20-10 midway through the first quarter before going on a 19-0 run over the
final 6:06 of the frame. The team's hot hand continued through the majority
of the second quarter, as the Warriors went into the half with a commanding
63-42 lead.
While Golden State's offense continued to fire on all cylinders in the third
quarter, their staunch defense did not. The Kings outscored the Warriors
38-31 in the third frame, cutting the deficit to as little as 11 points with
8.6 seconds left in the quarter. However, Stephen Curry sank a three-pointer
with 1.5 ticks on the clock, giving the Dubs a 94-80 lead heading into the
fourth and final quarter. Sacramento would not get within 12 points of the
Warriors for the duration of the game, as Golden State's bench unit blew the
game open on their way to their 29th double-digit victory of the season
Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 23 points and nine assists, as the team's
33 total helpers marked their league-leading 19th game with at least 30
assists. The victory moves the Warriors record to 38-8 on the season. Next
up, the Dubs will return home to host the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday to
finish the back end of a back-to-back in their first of only two home games
in February
