別人送的球竿不太適應怎麼辦？？ - 撞球

前陣子接手了哥哥的一支竿子，但是打一陣子下來感覺竿法下起來很不順，
打起來反而比公竿還差，尤其是拉竿常常拉不出力道，
大拉變小拉，小拉變頓竿或定竿的感覺，
打起來就覺得母球很遲鈍，傻傻的感覺，
後來跟公竿比較之後發現，公竿好像比較軟，我的前節感覺比公竿硬，
至於他的皮頭我不知道是用什麼的，所以無從比較，
想請問高手我該怎麼適應？？還是換顆皮頭有用嗎？？
還是打不順手的竿子就乾脆不要用了呢？？
