也是第一次要去參加有點緊張
我是要跑51.5km的
最後幾天準備
目前在列帶的補給品清單
千沛穀物棒*3、能量果凍*2、舒跑、羊羹*5
這樣帶的量ok嗎?
想說穀物棒和羊羹可以在騎車與項目轉換時肚餓咬來吃
果凍就主要是跑步的時候吸…
板上大大還有可以幫忙補充的嗎?
第一次比只希望順便完成全程就好
