冥想無法放鬆 - 冥想,靜坐 Meditation

我試過大概半年以上的冥想,不管是自己嘗試從10~15分鐘,到半小時以上,或是聽引導冥想的影片或是放冥想音樂,好像都很難進入到放鬆的境界
常常專注呼吸到一半,發現頭腦好像不小心用力或是背部不小心用力。每當一發現身體在用力好像又更緊繃,長期以來肩頸僵硬好像也有一點影響到冥想的狀態
總是沒有辦法放鬆,或是呼吸會卡卡的導致無法進入狀態
我真的很想嘗試透過冥想改變自己的睡眠品質跟壓力狀態,想請問這樣的狀況應該去上什麼冥想課程嗎?
但坊間冥想課程似乎跟宗教比較相關,不知道有沒有什麼建議或是相關資訊可以參考,謝謝大家
