1.喬治亞理工開除Paul Hewitt
Georgia Tech Fires Coach Paul Hewitt

Georgia Tech answered the long-running question about the coach Paul Hewitt's
future Saturday when it fired him only two days after another disappointing
season.

Hewitt, who took the Yellow Jackets to the national championship game in
2004, muddled through his fourth losing season in the last six years.

修威特曾經在2004年將黃夾克（GT暱稱）帶進總冠軍戰
然而這六年來，GT已經有四個球季勝率低於五成
最終卻成了壓倒修威特的最後一根稻草

"At the end of the day we just didn't win enough games," Hewitt said
Saturday. "It's part of the business."

修威特在接受訪問時語氣相當平靜
"我們就是沒辦法在球季末段贏得足夠的比賽，這就是這一行其中
比較不漂亮一面"

2.OJ Mayo胞弟 要當閃電俠學弟
Mayo's Younger Brother Todd Commits To Marquette

Todd Mayo, younger brother of O.J. Mayo, has verbally committed to Marquette
for the fall of 2011.

他將在今年秋天前往馬凱大學就讀

"I've had a long year here at Notre Dame Prep, and while some schools are
picking up interest now, Marquette has been loyal to me the entire time,"
Mayo said.

小梅歐談到加入馬凱大的原因：
"我在麻州Notre Dame預校的這一年，有不少學校對我有興趣
但馬凱一直以來都是對待我最忠誠的那一個"

他也提到馬凱大讓他感受到有一種特殊的家族感

Mayo was a McDonald's All-American nominee.

小梅歐曾經進入今年麥當勞全美明星隊的初步提名名單，但並未正式獲選
