各位前輩好!
小弟在系隊守游擊,想增加守備範圍
目前是有在練慢跑,有空的話一天跑個三五千之類的
比較明顯的感覺是守久了比較不會累,但是range好像
沒甚麼增長,是訓練方法錯了嗎?
之前聽說練折返跑,但是練完膝蓋都很痛,還有沒有其他訓
練方式阿?
