兒子國小的桌球教練說體能訓練不重要 - 桌球

今天開桌球說明會聽兒子國小桌球隊總教練介紹教球方式,突然說到桌球跟其他體育運動
強度不同,桌球只在球桌移動不像籃球是高強度運動,他小時候都沒做過體能也得第一名
,這個教練沒有入選少國也非正科班出身,只說國小練球時間只有每天兩個小時體能訓練
非必備訓練項目,只是我有去看小孩桌球比賽有時球賽激烈打到3:2才分勝負也常有的事
更何況一天比賽也不是只打一場而已,之前的教練走了新教練這樣講(我兒子已經小五了
)練了五年桌球之前教練當然不乏有許多體能操練,只想問一下版內各位前輩,只練技術
不需要體能對訓練國小球隊尤其是已經高年級球員這種訓練方式是正確的嗎?
PS:抱歉我忘了說所謂訓練體能是抽一部分時間例如每天10幾分鐘或一星期一次做一下體
能,因為跟了一個教練五年忽然換了一個教練兩人做法不同,產生出疑惑所以po文來詢問
