我骨子較粗,特別是臀部以下總是比上半身胖(上半身穿m或s,下半身XL)==,從以前就很胖了,我有時會狂練舞、運動,雖然有瘦下來(瘦了9公斤),但一沒有了運動就又開始復胖,我的代謝機能也不是說很好,所以要瘦也有點難,之前以為我是虛胖,但是身上的肉肉是硬的(實胖),不知時胖跟虛胖有什麼差
