保護投手 吳俊良建議復賽前先打熱身賽
記者羅志朋/台北報導〕受疫情影響,中職已延賽1個月,目前國內防疫仍處三級警戒,最
快28日才能解封,中職目標最快6月底、7月初復賽,移往南部打,不過仍須視指揮中心和地
方政府相關規定而定。
富邦悍將投手教練吳俊良表示,投手需要熱身賽調整,復賽前用一個禮拜進行熱身賽調整是
個方法,否則強度沒辦法一下子拉上來,「如果6月28日馬上可以比賽,下禮拜就要稍微有
強度的投球調整,但到時能比賽嗎?也不知道。」
吳俊良認為,疫情下休兵優點是能讓投手的手臂休息,但休太久也不好,時間點很難拿捏,
但這也是沒辦法的事情,這是公平的,因為大家都抓不準,現在三級警戒只能一直準備,累
就累在這邊,「要準備到什麼強度、高度,不曉得。」
吳俊良說,目前陣中投手訓練以體能、傳接球為主,讓投手肩膀調整休息一下,也不一定是
壞事
