Chelsea is pleased to announce that Paul Winstanley has been appointed to the
role of Director of Global Talent and Transfers.

切爾西很高興地宣布，保羅·溫斯坦利被任命為俱樂部的全球人才和轉會總監。


Winstanley arrives at Stamford Bridge after eight years with Brighton & Hove
Albion, initially as talent identification manager and then as head of
recruitment. Winstanley played a major role as Brighton built a reputation
for finding and developing talent.

溫斯坦利在布萊頓效力8年後來到斯坦福橋，最初他在布萊頓擔任人才鑑別經理，然後是
引援主管，溫斯坦利在布萊頓建立尋找和培養人才時發揮了重要作用。


Chelsea FC would like to thank Brighton for enabling him to take up this new
opportunity with Chelsea. He will join Chelsea immediately.

Winstanley said of his appointment, ‘I’m thrilled to be joining Chelsea and
