你應該是公球的球洞拿太大,
變成說你要很用力用手指去夾球,
然後球又拿不算輕,
不合手的球洞+球的重量+你還要花力氣去控制球的方向或是去轉球+打太多
手指就會痛了...
一個禮拜打四次三局的效果應該會比兩次6局+還要好
