游泳完常常有時間就去泡一下熱水
弄一下蒸氣或烤箱想學拉筋
但是我的筋很硬一直拉不起來
看到大家都很輕鬆的一下就碰到地板或者一下就可以碰到腳真的老人都比我厲害
爸爸說在熱氣裡面比較好拉
有一天晚上我去拉時我伸下去壓下去動一動結果有人說這樣很傷腰
還說我站不挺 脊彎要矯正 我說我沒錢矯正 他說那就每天拉
不過我也不會拉 他就說慢慢拉 大家都說慢慢拉 不過我也拉了蠻長時間了
手還是碰不到地板 肩頸還是沒法放開 有人說我是脊未開
我也不知道 有人游泳會拉筋嗎
