仰式好困難 - 游泳討論

我已經會蛙式跟自由式
連續游幾百沒什麼問題
可是最近上課開始學仰式踢腿
我踢不到25M
小腿就有種快要抽筋的感覺
這幾天試都這樣
請問各位大大
是我姿勢還是用力不對嗎?
我是照老師的教法
用小腿用力向上踢 放下來比較放鬆
腳趾向外
可是看起來大家都沒有我那麼吃力的樣子
還是因為小腿肌肉訓練不夠?
