紅襪隊農場的頭號新秀，23歲的Michael Chavis今天首度在大聯盟先發，而且還是擔任二
壘手（Chavis在高中時期是游擊手不過在小聯盟幾乎都是擔任三壘手與一壘手，今年在3A
才開始守二壘，只守過五場），雖然沒有打出安打，不過在11局上半選到一次保送
他今年在3A有著.250/.354/.600的打擊三圍以及4發全壘打，不知道之後能否得到更多的
機會
