Linsanity! Kim Kardashian, New York Knicks' Jeremy Lin to Go on Date!

Jeremy Lin went to Harvard, so presumably he's smart. But he might not be smart enough to stay away from Kim Kardashian.
The no-talent famewhore skank's publicist has arranged for her to go on a date with the New York Knicks sensation, MediaTakeOut.com is reporting, and Jeremy is apparently "extremely excited" to meet Kim (possibly because he's seen her sex tape?).
"She thinks [Jeremy] is cute, and she's good friends with [Jeremy's teammate Carmelo Anthony's wife] Lala," a "pal" of Kim's told the website. "It's going to be a double date."
This is just wrong on so many levels. Poor Linsanity doesn't need to fall into Kim's clutches! Although Kim's soon-to-be-ex-husband Kris Humphries is having a career year since the breakup, averaging a double-double for the New Jersey Nets, Jeremy doesn't need her "help" -- he's currently on a record-setting scoring streak that has helped the Knicks win seven games in a row and climb back to .500. And how bad would the merciless Knicks fans react if he got mixed up with her? Jeremy should just stay
focused on hoops and not get distracted by the Kardashian sideshow. MTO reported a while back that Lamar Odom was trying to fix Kim up with Kobe Bryant and that never materialized, so hopefully they're wrong about this too.
