下犬式轉換到其它姿勢的問題 - 瑜珈 Yoga

大家好~
想請問一下有關於腿部肌肉的問題 :)
比如做拜日式,我在做完下犬式之後,
如果腳要向前大步踩到兩手中間準備轉換到別的姿勢,
可是我一直沒辦法成功,腳最多只能踩到胸部下方,
沒辦法一次到位,都要再用手把腳移過去。
是因為腿部的肌肉不夠力嗎?
還是腿筋不夠軟?請問要如何鍛鍊呢?謝謝!
