這週假日浪有點大,上岸後在岸邊被浪打得很狼狽
跌坐在淺灘礁石有點爬不起來,一站起來又被浪打倒,手腳並用掙扎了好一陣子才上岸
就是覺得腳力不夠上岸才會爬得這麼狼狽
剛才礁石區那一陣掙扎後腳都快軟了,裝備很重,硬撐著才走上階梯
你會這樣自覺腿力不足去加強訓練下盤嗎??
