三鐵運動對身體的益處~ - 鐵人三項 Ironman Triathlon

向各位先進提提我對三鐵運動的想法~
我是覺得游泳不錯,不太會造成運動傷害和關節的負擔(雖然最嚴重會溺斃)
騎腳踏車也不錯..也不太會造成運動傷害和負擔(了不起就犁田..不過好像也有
人犁田死掉的)
至於慢跑..雖然對膝蓋和腳踝負擔較大..不過標準三鐵的距離(十公里)也還好,
前面游泳和騎車熱完身才跑步應該沒啥問題~
想一想真的不錯~所以比較大的缺點應該還是....缺乏完整的場地!!
好吧,所以還是都得分開練習~
