在one motion裡面
有人會像type2把球拉到眼睛上出手
有人會像type2基本上3個90度出手
請問這兩種的優缺點是啥
感覺type1手可以出更多力,type2更可以帶動腿的力?
哪種比較穩定?
哪個投比較遠?
因為最近在改姿勢不太知道要改哪一種
剛剛看Nash的影片好像也是第一種

大家投籃手會“握緊”球嗎? 還是就輕輕握著?
因為我感覺不握緊球很難壓腕
壓腕是不是要壓很大力
球才會轉的多

在“起跳的那一刻出手”還是在“起跳上升過程中”出手哪個可以投比較遠
因為原本感覺在起跳的那一刻出手投比較遠
不過仔細想一想“起跳那一刻出手”好像反而根本沒用到跳起來腿的力
而且最近看Curry或是其他球員的慢動作投籃
發現好像都是到最高點附近才出手
(大概,因為都沒跳很高而且出手很快)
請問是不是其他都是應該跳到最高點剛好出手?
