起床:固定一杯700CC熱開水早餐:固定一杯700CC無糖熱豆漿午餐:不一定晚餐:一顆芭樂一天喝水量:3000CC~4000CC一天運動量:30分鐘踏步機30分鐘呼拉圈目前減肥中想請問我中午那ㄧ餐該吃什麼才不會超過我一天的熱量呢??(早餐跟晚餐我都固定習慣這樣吃咯!!)還有如果嘴饞的時候可以吃ㄧ點什麼呢?請廣告的不要來
