各位版友大家好,
今天小弟要分享的是目前的自我訓練方式
首先來看一下要訓練哪些角度

先依六個顆星點把貼壁球排好。母球放在中心點。
每一個位置都用中桿一般力道打擊十次,並紀錄進球率與偏差的方式
很簡單吧?接下來我就把剛剛的成果貼出來給大家笑一下

當然你可以紀錄更多的資訊,如果不嫌太麻煩的話,多記一點資訊是有用的。
從這個表可得知很多訊息,如打擊績效及影響績效的因素。
然後回想打球的過程,先在腦中修正,然後下次練球的時候再應用。
其實在腦中修正也是有模擬的作用,千萬不要小看這個步驟。
這是根據某個地方看到的一個實驗。實驗者把籃球員分成兩組,
一組是實際練投籃,一組是用想像的,由過去的經驗,想像你出多少力道,
投向什麼方位可以進球。
經過一段時間後做測驗,發現兩組的訓練績效竟然是差不多的。
所以好好記得犯錯的過程與如何修正。時常的在腦中演練一下也會有幫助。
(省球臺錢就省球臺錢,說那麼多...........= =a,好啦,我承認我是要省錢)
接下來談一下練習的過程。
打球的時候我會思考,想想自己的身體是怎麼反應與記憶一連串動作。
進球後看母球的走向(如果來不及看,就看第一及第二顆星點),
就知道你的擊球點有沒有一致性。
如果失誤了,就停下來思考一下原因,把球擺好再修正,再試。
一顆一顆慢慢打,儘量收集資訊。
目前我的目標就只到這裡了,六個角度的球練到不假思索都會進就好了。
然後一開始球數不要練太多,一個基數就是60球。等進球率提升後再增加
基數,提升穩定性。
為什麼我的球會擺這六個方位呢?
1.這是根據我挑選的瞄準系統特性而設計的。
2.這六個方位很固定,很好擺。有利於提升訓練效率 (省臺錢就省臺錢少在那邊...orz)

總之訓練設計的原則就是:
1.目標明確:了解目的與建立觀察點
2.可達成:增強信心與興趣
3.可重覆:每次的練習內容都是一樣的,可考核績效
