這是小的在某場盃賽發生的事
對方打出了一個內野滾地球被游擊手接住，拋往二壘手要做double
二壘手進二壘將跑者刺殺後
要傳一壘完成雙殺，此時原本要進二壘的跑者用手拍掉二壘
手手中的球，因此雙殺沒有完成，但是二壘跑者死。當下有跟裁判抗議，但沒有結果
請問這個play要如何申訴
