一些羽球小問題 - 羽球

大家好 羽球板初發文
小弟最近加入了大學系隊
基於燃起的一股興趣和凡事都要認真做好的個性
所以來板上請教一些個人的小問題
本身主力運動是校隊田徑選手
所以對於基礎體能、墊步、力量等等都有一定
而羽球的部份高中有玩過一陣子,但沒有專業化的訓練過。
目前覺得自己有幾個奇怪的問題
1.我是左撇子,反拍非常非常熟捻
無論反拍扣殺、繞頭反拍、反拍發球、反拍連續回擊、反拍挑長球、反拍極限防守(?)
...我都有相當的準確性而且力道並不弱也比較能打的到
我也不曉得為什麼我都用反拍QQ
這樣是好的嗎
2.正拍不穩定且容易敲框
我幾乎不敢在前場玩正拍小球,要嘛過不去要嘛揮空
我也不敢正拍發球,一定超偏!!
(不過當我把球撈起來隨便發給對面時卻很準,但認真發球就很容易偏.....?)
然後正拍長球沒什麼問題,但有次和學長拉長球我連續「二 十 幾 球!」敲框擊回....
而且都用蠻力把球打到後場
到後面學看不下去怕我把拍子硬生生打斷XD
同時也很訝異為什麼能這麼準
3.這其實不算是奇怪的問題,只是板上好像沒有什麼討論。
就是像我左撇子的人該怎麼在雙打中配合隊友打出更好的優勢呢?還是其實沒差?
或者板友有推薦的文章影音可供學習嗎?
4.其實我都是用那種1、200塊超便宜的拍子在打
網子有夠軟,拍子有夠重QQ
最近想存錢入手一個自己的拍子
那麼像是我這種有體能、重訓基礎,但羽球技巧半生不熟的人
拍子的磅數有一個適宜的標準嗎?還是其實順手就好

到球不是正面,一個是手眼協調還沒習慣,不要硬要
拉到後場,先把擊球姿勢練對,這樣不用出什麼力也
能拉到後場

要怎麼打成反手...

反手技術吧 那些技術可能完全端不上檯面 正手的小球
都還不太會放就代表你的球感也還沒培養 平常沒事多
拿拍子揮揮 多向上擊球吧

球新手,但磅數可以拉22或23磅,可以有較好的控制
,球速也比較不會被過軟的拍面吃掉。不過磅數拉高
代表拍面跟球的接觸時間變短,球會比較難控制,但
會控制的話可以比較精準。真的不習慣反正久了磅數
會掉XD
